"As the CEO and Founder of Maryam's Legacy, driven by a passion to nurture and empower the mothers of the Ummah drawing Inspiration from the seerah of Maryam علیھا السلام in The Qur'an, I am a dedicated medical doctor with over five years of experience, and a Childbirth Educator, providing care with an Islamic and holistic approach, nurturing minds, bodies, and souls. With expertise in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, I support Muslim women through all stages of life, empowering them to make informed choices about their care. My passion lies in promoting natural birth, and I work closely with women to help them achieve their birthing goals, while honoring their faith and cultural values. Through my practice, I integrate Prophetic Medicine and modern medical knowledge, providing comprehensive and compassionate care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of women and families. As a certified Hijamah Therapist, I also offer holistic therapies that complement conventional medical care. Furthermore, my research interests lie in Lifestyle Medicine, investigating the impact of lifestyle choices on health outcomes. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am also a passionate homeschooling mother of two, dedicated to raising my children according to Islamic teachings. My goal is to nurture strong, unapologetic believers who can play a prominent role in shaping the future of the Ummah. I am deeply invested in Islamic parenting and homeschooling, and I believe that instilling faith, resilience, and character in the next generation is essential for building a brighter future.
