About Course
A workshop by Maryam’s Legacy
Many mothers who have experienced a previous Cesarean Section wonder if a different birth is possible the next time.
This workshop is designed to help mothers understand their options and prepare for a confident and informed Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC).
In this evidence-based session, we will explore the facts, benefits, and challenges of VBAC, while addressing common fears and misconceptions.
Mothers will learn how to prepare physically, emotionally, and mentally for birth after cesarean, and how supportive care and informed choices can improve the chances of a positive birth experience.
This workshop will cover:
• Understanding VBAC: risks, benefits, and success rates
• Why many cesareans happen and when they may be avoidable
• How to increase the chances of a successful VBAC
• Preparing your body and mind for labor
• Choosing a supportive birth team and birth setting
• Common myths about VBAC and what research actually says
• Practical strategies for labor and birth
This workshop is ideal for:
• Mothers planning a VBAC
• Pregnant women with a previous cesarean
• Families who want to learn about birth after cesarean options
Our goal is to help mothers move from fear to knowledge, and from uncertainty to confidence, while supporting safe and informed birth choices.
